Appealing against bans!(forums and chat)

If you were banned from the chat or the forum in whole unfairly, or you didn't know what you did please post your proof here and we'll deal with it.Follow the formats below please:

Chat format:
Please provide us with a screenshot of what happened on the chatroom and we'll look into it.

Forum Format:
Please provide us with the username of the banned forum account.
We'll look into what happened and unban you if it was done unfairly/mistakenly.
